French Developer Debuts ‘Hunger Games’ App

You knew it was coming. The app, available for iOS and Android, recreates the best scenes from the book/movie, enabling kids six and up to participate in Hunger Games fandom.

Christina Refford at Coolmomtech says the app combines the best social interactivity of The Sims with the heart-pumping conflict of Mortal Kombat.

The site’s review:

My kids may be too young to go to a PG-13 movie on their own, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t as obsessed with The Hunger Games as the rest of the world these days. And while they’re already reenacting their favorite scenes from the book in our backyard, I’ve found a brand new app that lets them take it digital, with a game that’s already keeping them glued to my iPhone.
