TDS14: Libraries @ the Center | FAQ

How does an online event work?
Our online event means no travel and no hassle.

Log in from any computer or mobile device to our virtual show environment, set up just like a real conference center.

Welcome Center: The main hall allows you to see and access all of the different rooms in the virtual show.

Auditorium: Enter to select the presentations and panels you wish to attend.

Librarians’ Lounge: Network with colleagues from across the country and even some of your favorite authors here.

Exhibit Hall: Explore the exhibits, chat with authors, check out new titles and the latest products and grab some giveaways.

Tote Bag: Save all the information from the show for future reference.

Help Desk: Need help? Just ask! We’re online during the entire event to help with any problems or questions.

And you can go back to view anything you might have missed with three months of unlimited access to the archived event on-demand!

What system requirements do I need on my computer to attend?

How much does it cost to register?
The Digital Shift Online Conference is free!

When will the event be archived and how long may I view the archives?
The archive will be posted following the live event and registrants will be able to view the archive for three months from the original date it becomes available.

All registrants will have unlimited access to the archives even if they did not attend the live event.

I didn’t register in time for the live event, may I register now to view the archives?
Yes! You must register here to view the archived event, which will be available for up to three months after the live event date.

How do I access the archives?
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation with login credentials (username, password) as well as a link to view.

What is available during the archived event?
Archives include full access to watch all of the panels, presentations, and keynote speakers. You will be able to download all collateral materials that were available during the live event (from presentations, as well as vendor booths). However, you will not be able to chat, or interact with other viewers or vendors.
